What does Pre-Move Sort & Pack include?
A QuickSort, then packing. We work through each room with you, and you decide what stays, donates, or gets removed. Then we pack and label only what stays.
How is the price set?
One quote, not hourly. We do a walkthrough, scope the work, and quote a price. We show up and work until the job is finished. No clock-watching.
Do you bring the truck?
No. We sort and pack before the move. You arrange the truck and the move itself, whether that is a rental you booked, a moving company, or your own do-it-yourself move.
What days do you work?
We schedule on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays. Pick your date on the form and we confirm it on the call.
How fast will I hear from you?
Within 24 hours of the form, by call or text. Most quotes are scheduled inside that first conversation.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is a comfortable window. Peak season (May through September) books up faster, so three to four weeks is safer in those months. If you need to move sooner, send the form anyway. We take same-day and last-minute requests when the schedule allows.
What if something gets damaged?
We are licensed and insured. If something gets damaged in our care, we make it right. Our process is designed to prevent damage in the first place: careful packing and attentive handling.
