As Project Lead, he oversees the on-site process from start to finish, setting the pace of the project, coordinating the team, and guiding homeowners through decisions as the space comes together.

Enjoys ballroom dancing and training for Spartan races.

Lead Organizer & Client Support

Melaney

Melaney's work reflects a calm, supportive style influenced by her background in therapy and client-centered roles. She leads hands-on organization, repacking, labeling, and inventory flow, working closely with homeowners as items are reviewed and decisions are made in real time.

Operations Support

Darius

As a professional dancer, Darius brings a background rooted in discipline, precision, and detail-oriented work. He supports the on-site process by moving items between zones, assisting with setup and shelving, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the project moving efficiently.

Performs as a dancer for the Philadelphia Flyers.

Project Support

John

John has a background in security-focused roles along with experience in warehouse organization and moving environments. As Project Support, he takes initiative during the sort, helping clarify client preferences and move decisions forward while keeping items flowing between zones.
