Full decluttering and sorting

A fast, structured sort using our QuickSort system. We open every box, tote, and drawer, and assign each item to a category before anything moves forward.

Professional labeling system

Every storage container receives a professionally printed adhesive label listing its contents, so items are easy to find and easy to put back.

Done-for-you custom layout

We assess your space, your inventory, and how you actually use it. We recommend, purchase, transport, and install the right storage systems: shelving, bins, hooks, and more.

Junk and trash removal

All unwanted items are removed and hauled away by our team. You never schedule a pickup or handle disposal.

One-day completion guarantee

We work until the agreed scope is complete. If the job extends beyond that day due to anything on our end, the team returns at no additional labor charge to finish.

Find-It-Fast digital index

A searchable PDF built by the team on job day. Lists every labeled container, the zone it lives in, and the items inside. Search by keyword to locate anything stored in the space without checking boxes. Delivered digitally after job completion.

Placement map

A visual floor plan of your space showing exactly where each labeled container lives. Zones are marked to match the physical labels and the digital index. Created and delivered same day as part of the job closeout.

Donation drop-off

All donations collected during the sort are transported off-site by the team after the job. A receipt is obtained from the receiving organization and emailed to you for your charitable-contribution records.

Premium add-ons.

After your walkthrough we will flag any of these that would benefit your space. None are required, and we quote them as part of the overall job.

Wall-mounted shelving

Full wall-shelving installation. We measure the space, source the systems, and handle installation on job day. Maximizes vertical space and opens up the floor plan.

Tool cleaning and organization

Full breakdown of your tool collection or workshop area. Each tool is cleaned, grouped by type and frequency of use, and placed in a logical, labeled arrangement.

Deep clean

Complete physical cleaning of the space before any storage systems are installed: floor sweeping and mopping, surface wipe-down, shelf cleaning, and cobweb removal.

Surface repairs and fresh finish

Wall repairs, crack sealing, drywall patching, and a fresh coat of paint if desired. The goal is a finished space that looks as clean as it functions.

    We assess your space virtually or in person, understand your goals, and confirm the scope before you commit to anything.

    You receive a detailed plan covering layout, the storage systems we recommend, and a flat quote for the day.

    Our team arrives with everything needed. We declutter, sort, label, install, and haul. Done in a single day.

    Final walkthrough on-site, then your digital index, placement map, and donation receipt arrive after we leave.

Common questions.

What spaces do you transform?

Garages (single, double, and triple), basements, attics, storage units, sheds, and other residential storage spaces.

How long does it take?

Most transformations are completed in a single day. For very large or heavily cluttered spaces, we may recommend a two-day project, which we discuss during planning.

Do I need to sort everything before you arrive?

No. That is the QuickSort step of the service. We work through your items together and make decisions on the spot. You direct, we handle the heavy lifting.

What is the Find-It-Fast Index?

A searchable PDF we build on job day. It lists every labeled container, the zone it sits in, and all items inside. After the job we email it to you so you can find anything in your space by keyword without opening a single box.

How does the donation drop-off work?

Anything you decide to donate during the sort leaves with our team after the job. We deliver it to a receiving organization, get a receipt, and email it to you for your charitable-contribution records. You never coordinate a thing.

Are the four premium add-ons priced separately?

Yes. After your walkthrough we will let you know which add-ons would benefit your space and quote them as part of the overall job. None are required.
