1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cleanslatepa.com (the “Site”), operated by CleanSlate Storage Solutions (“CleanSlate,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms are separate from our Terms of Service, which govern paid engagements with CleanSlate.

2. Permitted Use

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about CleanSlate, request quotes, book services, and rent totes. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages or impairs its operation.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, photos, and code) are owned by CleanSlate or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The CleanSlate name, logo, and branding are trademarks of CleanSlate Storage Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal use such as saving a quote or sharing a page link.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit information through forms on the Site (contact form, quiz, booking), you grant CleanSlate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and operate our business. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Access the Site through automated means (scrapers, bots) except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site.

Pricing, availability, and service area information are illustrative and may change without notice. The controlling terms of any engagement are those set out in the signed quote and our Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanSlate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, lost profits, or loss of use, even if CleanSlate has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CleanSlate’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CleanSlate harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes

CleanSlate may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the most recent changes took effect. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
